Ebi tempura or fried camembert — which to pick

Ebi tempura is king prawns in Japanese tempura batter: crisp shell, juicy filling, sweet and sour sauce. Fried camembert melts inside the crust and comes with berry sauce. The first pairs better with sushi and rolls, the second works on its own or with wine.
