How a spring roll differs from a sushi roll

In a classic sushi roll the filling is wrapped in rice and nori; in a spring roll it is wrapped in translucent rice paper with no rice at all. That makes it lighter and lower in calories, closer to a salad in a wrapper than to sushi. If you are looking for sushi without rice, a spring roll answers the same need with a Vietnamese presentation and fresh vegetables instead of nori.

Each roll comes with its own sauce: spicy, teriyaki, nut, sweet and sour or sweet chilli. Chicken is the most affordable option, tuna the most expensive.

We wrap each roll after your order is placed, so the rice paper never dries out. Delivery takes 60 minutes to Tairova, Arkadia, Cheremushky, the city centre, Sauvignon and Raduzhny. Pay online or in cash to the courier; orders are accepted daily from 10:30 to 21:30. Spring rolls are often ordered with a salad or a soup as a light lunch.
